At Dolocart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order is incorrect, damaged, missing items, or not delivered, you may request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the nature of food and perishable items, returns are not accepted, but we will issue a refund or re-deliver the item after verifying the issue.
